So We've Been Told You don't have Time for Exercise, Find out why we Disagree

During our most recent study, we were blown away by how many ladies that claimed they don’t have enough time during the day to exercise. Digging in a little further we discovered this unbelievable truth to why.

You don’t have time for exercise because you expect exercise to last too long. You might also be lacking a bit of know how.

Home Workouts

Here are 5 Mini HOME Workouts that only lasts between 15 to 20min, pick one of these 3 to 4 times a week.

 

  1. JOG/WALK

Put your trainers on and go outside RIGHT THIS INSTANT!..well after you finish reading this of course.

Action StepJog/walk away from your house for 11 minutes, turn around and try make it back home in less than 9 minutes.

*Tip: Imagine you're trying to get home in time for Ellen Degeneres.

  1. SKIPPING

Action Step: Skip 30 seconds on 1 minute off. Repeat 10 times.

*Tip: If you don’t have a skipping rope, Make your own! Improvise by cutting up your husbands favorite rope... Definitely one of the best home workouts!

 

  1. SWIMMING

If you have a pool, swimming is also an option. Doesn’t matter how long your pool is.

Action Step: Swim for 30 seconds, do 10 pool edge push ups (see a example of this 1min into the video), get out of the pool then do 20 body weight squats. Repeat 8 times.

*Tip: If you don’t have a pool, improvise and find a pothole, we have plenty in this country…that was just a joke. Please don’t try swim in a pothole.

 

  1. Home Garden Sprints

We all have a garden, or even a road in front of our house.

Action StepSprint 50m, do 20 body weight squats, 20 sit-ups rest 1min. Repeat 5 times.

*Tip: Race your dogs or even your kids if you have any. Make it fun!

 

  1. Room Blow Out

Action Step10 squat jumps, 10 lady push-ups, 10 sit-ups 30 second rest. Repeat 10 times.

*Tip: If you know you are going to have a busy day, literally roll out of bed and get it done. Your husband might think you're crazy, but whats new right?!

 

Doing at least 15 to 20 minutes of exercise a day has Amazing Health Benefits:

 

  • It will Increase your concentration at work, even if your boss is an asshole.
  • Your patience with you family will sky rocket, let your husband worry for once.
  • Builds up your metabolism, which helps burn even more fat throughout the day. In other words, burn fat while your friends get lekker fat.
  • Tones muscles. If you don’t use em, you’ll lose em.
