You don’t have time for exercise because you expect exercise to last too long. You might also be lacking a bit of know how.

Put your trainers on and go outside RIGHT THIS INSTANT!..well after you finish reading this of course.
Action Step: Jog/walk away from your house for 11 minutes, turn around and try make it back home in less than 9 minutes.

Action Step: Skip 30 seconds on 1 minute off. Repeat 10 times.
*Tip: If you don’t have a skipping rope, Make your own! Improvise by cutting up your husbands favorite rope... Definitely one of the best home workouts!
If you have a pool, swimming is also an option. Doesn’t matter how long your pool is.
*Tip: If you don’t have a pool, improvise and find a pothole, we have plenty in this country…that was just a joke. Please don’t try swim in a pothole.
We all have a garden, or even a road in front of our house.
Action Step: Sprint 50m, do 20 body weight squats, 20 sit-ups rest 1min. Repeat 5 times.
*Tip: Race your dogs or even your kids if you have any. Make it fun!
*Tip: If you know you are going to have a busy day, literally roll out of bed and get it done. Your husband might think you're crazy, but whats new right?!
